We recommend vacuuming it regularly and cleaning up any spills right away with a clean, dry cloth, without rubbing. Avoid excessive moisture and sun exposure to preserve in good shape the natural fiber.

We ship throughout Mexico. For remote or hard-to-reach locations, additional courier charges may apply; any extra cost will be confirmed with you before we ship.
Delivery is carried out by an external courier service. The product is delivered at street level. Courier staff are not required to carry the product to upper or lower floors or interior areas.
We do our best to make sure the images faithfully represent our rugs. As they are made with natural fibers, slight variations in the tones of each product may occur.
If your rug arrives damaged at the time of delivery, reject the delivery with the courier, take pictures, and contact us immediately so we can help you resolve it. If you have already placed your order and wish to make a change, you have a 14-hour window to contact us by email or WhatsApp.
No. Our rugs are made with 100% natural fibers and are designed for indoor spaces. We do not recommend outdoor use, as moisture, rain, and sun exposure can damage the natural fiber.
You can request a change of address at any time before the order is handed over to the courier for shipping. Once it has been dispatched, the address can no longer be modified. If you notice an error, write to us immediately by email or WhatsApp.
Our rugs are low-profile: being handwoven from natural fiber, they are thin and have no pronounced thickness, so they fit easily into any space.
To extend its life, we recommend vacuuming it at least once a week and attending to any spills or stains right away. Avoid washing with large amounts of water, as the natural fiber can be damaged.
Yes. You have a 14-hour window after your payment to request changes to the weave type and to the type or color of the border. Since it is a made-to-measure product, the dimensions cannot be modified. Write to us by email or WhatsApp.
We do not ship internationally. Even so, if you are outside Mexico and are interested in a rug, write to us and we will gladly look for a solution for you.
